This design makes it impossible to roll off the pad, or drift to the bottom of the pad while you sleep. Rated for -20 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hahns Peak is ready for just about any winter camping or high-altitude, cold-weather adventure. The 800-fill goose down is placed where you need it--surrounding your body's core and lower legs completely, within the no-draft collar, within the pad pocket wedge that insulates between the pad and the main bag, and in the no-draft zipper tube. To save on weight and needless bulk, the bag exchanges down for your sleeping pad on the ground side.
